Macpeople Pty Ltd, a reputable design and architecture firm located in Millers Point, Sydney, is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an ASX 200 listed financial services company, contributing your creative expertise to produce captivating design solutions for a wide range of marketing collateral.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in producing innovative design solutions that align with the company's brand identity. Collaborating within a dynamic team, you will be responsible for creating compelling designs for both print and digital channels. This 12-month full-time contract role offers an immediate start and the chance to work on diverse projects, ranging from branding development to animated content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the brand and marketing teams to create on-brand communications.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to meet various communication needs.
• Present your design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Develop, construct, and edit animated content to enhance engagement.
• Lead robust conceptual thinking and translate intricate ideas into visually influential designs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of commercial design experience, preferably gained within agency environments.
• Proficiency in both print and digital project design.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability in translating complex concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Self-motivation and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
• A willingness to share knowledge and mentor fellow team members.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite programs.
• A genuine passion for design.
