Main Job Objective: Sales Generation

As a Part-Time Sales Supervisor at Michael Kors, your primary goal is to drive sales and contribute to the overall success of the store. You will play a crucial role in enhancing sales techniques, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the store's visual appeal.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Meet personal and store sales goals through effective sales techniques.
• Develop and refine your sales techniques while assisting associates in maximizing their sales performance.
• Utilize elevated levels of sales and service to create outstanding customer experiences.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our merchandise to assist customers effectively.
• Monitor post-sale details such as shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Uphold and enforce all sales-related policies and procedures.

Customer Service:

• Foster a high level of customer service within the team.
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base using your personal client book and supporting associates with theirs.
• Swiftly and effectively resolve client problems and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Assist sales associates in handling customer service issues such as returns and defective merchandise.

Operations:

• Collaborate with the store manager to address risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory management.
• Train sales staff in register usage and maintenance.
• Proficiently execute all management register functions.
• Contribute to stock, shipping, receiving protocols, and related paperwork.
• Participate in inventory processes.
• If applicable, fulfill offsite product transportation needs.

Merchandising/Visual:

• Maintain a tidy, organized, and well-stocked selling floor that aligns with the brand's visual identity.
• Contribute to implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
• Ensure timely processing of deliveries.
• Communicate inventory requirements to support business goals.

Human Resources:

• Uphold professional image and grooming standards consistent with the brand.
• Adhere to work schedule, including time and attendance.
• Support training programs and seminars as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience.
• Passion for fashion and excellent understanding of the industry.
• Strong sales acumen and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Adherence to company's image and grooming standards.

Compensation Range:

Local Minimum Wage - $22.50
