About You:

As an experienced Project Manager with at least 2 years of relevant experience, you possess exceptional organizational skills and thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You are a proactive individual who excels at keeping teams and stakeholders accountable for project timelines. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your enthusiasm for the supplement and fitness industry (or your willingness to learn) drives you to ensure successful product launches in global markets.

About the Role:

New Product Development:

Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Logistics and Inventory, and the Product Development Specialist to communicate NPD goals and KPIs to the wider team.

Product Project Management:

• Facilitate seamless communication between logistics, sales, and marketing teams for product roll-outs.
• Lead and manage the production process for all finished products.
• Conduct commercial reviews to assess the quality and accuracy of produced products.
• Coordinate the procurement of raw materials and packaging as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with contract manufacturers to monitor adherence to timelines and address issues promptly.
• Work closely with manufacturers to obtain required documentation for regulatory and logistics purposes.
• Undertake additional ad hoc tasks and activities related to product project management to ensure successful product launches.
