Opportunity Highlights:
As a pivotal leader in the People team, your role will involve crafting meaningful and impactful experiences for our employees. By fostering a sense of belonging and value, you'll enable individuals to perform at their best. Collaborating closely with a motivated team, you'll collectively work towards making Western Bay an outstanding workplace. Your responsibilities will span areas such as leadership development, onboarding, talent management, learning initiatives, performance enhancement, diversity and inclusion, recognition programs, well-being support, and our overall employee value proposition (EVP). Success in this role hinges on your ability to cultivate robust partnerships across the organization while becoming a trusted strategic advisor.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, change management, process enhancement, and project implementation.
- Strong expertise in People Experience/Organizational Development functions.
- Proven track record in co-designing innovative solutions for user-centric experiences.
- Background in coaching, along with relevant qualifications, is highly desirable.
