Position Overview:

We are currently expanding our picking team and are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, possess a delicate touch, and have reliable transportation. As a Mushroom Picker, you will be a crucial part of our operation, responsible for picking and packing mushrooms in our indoor facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carefully picking and packing mushrooms to maintain product quality
• Participating in a 5-week intensive training program led by experienced Mushroom Picking Trainers
• Following a rotating 7-day roster with daytime shifts (between 7am-5pm)
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications and Skills:

• Intermediate English language skills
• Reliable transportation to our Waterloo Corner farm
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment at 18°C
• Australian residency with unrestricted work rights
