We are currently seeking a dedicated team member to join our vibrant Shepparton branch as a Sales Representative/Consultant.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative/Consultant, you will be an integral part of our Shepparton branch's operations. You will directly contribute to our commitment to excellence in customer service by engaging with customers, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth flow of products. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a can-do attitude to thrive in a dynamic environment. While experience in the field is beneficial, we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, providing comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with customers, understanding their needs and fulfilling their orders promptly.
• Collaborate within a team and work independently, demonstrating a strong work ethic and reliability.
• Execute various warehouse tasks, including stock control, receiving and displaying goods, picking, packing, and sorting deliveries.
• Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse environment.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills to perform necessary administrative tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to workplace health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Reliable and diligent, demonstrating a positive work ethic.
• Capable of working both independently and within a team setting.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is essential.
• Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Physical fitness and willingness to perform hands-on duties.
