Position: Harvesting Labourer
Location: Various Locations, Sherbrooke, QC

Job Type: Full-time, Term or Contract (ending: 2023-12-15)
Salary: $15.25/hourly, 35 to 50 hours per week
Vacancies: 100

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the budding of Christmas trees
  • Perform Christmas tree shearing to ensure desirable shapes
  • Collaborate with the team to meet fast-paced harvesting requirements

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate or diploma required; experience in farming or Christmas tree harvesting is an asset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Strong manual dexterity and color distinction abilities
  • Excellent team player with a reliable work ethic
