The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced design-oriented Graduate of Architecture or Registered Architect with at least 5+ years of experience to become an integral part of our friendly team. Reporting to Company Directors, you will contribute to client brief development, formulate design concepts from first principles, assist with 3D visualizations and presentations, and support the documentation of diverse architectural projects of varying scales and complexity. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with industry experts and build your profile within the Canberra property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Directors/Leaders in developing interior design concepts and documentation packages.
• Effectively engage with key stakeholders including clients, subconsultants, and building contractors during project delivery.
• Assist in preparing and presenting project deliverables.
• Contribute to critical design thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Apply your working knowledge of the NCC/BCA and Australian Standards.
• Utilize relevant software such as Revit, BIM, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Twin Motion, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Experience + Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in architectural design.
• Strong capabilities in critical design thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with the NCC/BCA and Australian Standards.
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
