Position: Cleaning Supervisor

Type: Permanent Part-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5-hour shifts (Preferred start time: 8:00 am)

Your Impact:

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our aged care facility. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of cleaners and ensuring their coordinated efforts achieve exceptional results.
  • Adhering to cleaning protocols and schedules, while meeting all cleaning requirements during each shift.
  • Cultivating a positive environment by interacting with residents in a friendly and compassionate manner.
  • Ensuring the home is consistently clean and adhering to infection control practices.
  • Collaborating with fellow staff members to ensure residents enjoy a comfortable living environment.

About You:

  • Physical capability for tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing.
