Position: Cleaning Supervisor
Type: Permanent Part-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5-hour shifts (Preferred start time: 8:00 am)

Your Impact:
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our aged care facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of cleaners and ensuring their coordinated efforts achieve exceptional results.
- Adhering to cleaning protocols and schedules, while meeting all cleaning requirements during each shift.
- Cultivating a positive environment by interacting with residents in a friendly and compassionate manner.
- Ensuring the home is consistently clean and adhering to infection control practices.
- Collaborating with fellow staff members to ensure residents enjoy a comfortable living environment.
About You:

- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning protocols and schedules.
- Experience in a supervisory role, with training experience being desirable.

- Understanding of infection control practices.
- Physical capability for tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing.
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed.
