New Seed Solutions, a leading Kiwi company based in Pukekohe, is seeking experienced Tractor Operators/Machinery Operators/General Farm Hands to join our team. We specialize in producing Maize and Sweetcorn seed for export in a GMO-free environment. Responsibilities:

• Operate tractors and other machinery efficiently and safely
• Carry out various tasks, including planting, spraying, and general farm maintenance
• Demonstrate an understanding of spray machinery and perform applications as required
• Perform general tractor maintenance and ensure equipment is in good working condition
• Willingness to learn new operations and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• Full Manual New Zealand driver's license
• Previous experience operating tractors and farm machinery
• Knowledge of spray machinery and application techniques
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new operations
• Additional experience in general tractor maintenance, spraying, irrigation, forklift operation, or welding is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, flexible, and conscientious work ethic
