As a Piling Rig Operator, you will be responsible for driving pile sections to required specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily crew activities, managing individual tasks and personnel performance
• Operate a range of piling machines and drive pile sections with precision
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and goals, maintaining high work ethic and time management skills
• Lead and motivate a high-performance team, fostering clear communication and teamwork
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of piling machines and other equipment
• Adhere to safety practices and regulations, promoting a safe work environment

Skills & Competencies:

• Previous experience in pile driving, preferably within the renewable energy industry
• Positive "will do" attitude, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and understanding of project requirements
• Valid driver's license and construction safety white card
• Physically fit and able to work in a field-based environment
