Job Description:

We are seeking multiple Farm Hands to join our team and work across our macadamia orchards in the Gogango region. As a Farm Hand, you will play a vital role in supporting farm operations and contributing to the development and maintenance of our orchards. Reporting to the Orchard Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking various farm tasks and operations.
• Assisting with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
• Operating farming machinery and equipment.
• Supporting herbicide and pesticide application.
• Cultivating a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Hold a valid C class driver's license (essential).
• Prior experience working on a farm is preferred.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including potential Saturday shifts, to meet operational demands.
• Possess a positive and proactive attitude.
• Hold a Chemical Users Certificate (preferred but not essential).
• Certificate II or III in Rural Studies, Horticulture, or Agriculture (preferred but not essential).
