Position: Harvesting Labourer
Location: Mansons Landing, BC

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the harvesting of crops, including flowers and plants
• Clean work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
• Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce
• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops as per guidelines
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Perform fertilization and spraying tasks to maintain crop health
• Identify and address disease and health issues in crops
• Examine produce for quality and prepare it for market
• Assist with harvesting seedlings and mixing fertilizers

Requirements:

• No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Previous experience in harvesting or related field is an asset
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and walking
• Flexible, reliable, and organized team player with strong values and ethics
• Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid Canadian work permit

Work Schedule and Benefits:

• Full-time, permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week
• Day, evening, weekend, and shift availability required
• Competitive hourly wage of $16.75
