Position: Farm Supervisor

Salary: $19 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial and production records to ensure efficient farm operations
• Provide agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting
• Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures for efficient task management
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality crop production
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Hire and train staff to foster a skilled and motivated workforce
• Perform general farm duties to support daily operations

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 2 to 3 years of experience in farm management or supervision
• Knowledge of blueberry cultivation and farming practices
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage farm resources effectively
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Work Schedule and Benefits:

• Full-time position with 40 hours per week
