Position: Farm Supervisor

Salary: $19 per hour
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial and production records to ensure efficient farm operations
- Provide agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting
- Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- Develop work schedules and establish procedures for efficient task management
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality crop production
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- Hire and train staff to foster a skilled and motivated workforce
- Perform general farm duties to support daily operations
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 to 3 years of experience in farm management or supervision
- Knowledge of blueberry cultivation and farming practices
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage farm resources effectively
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Work Schedule and Benefits:
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week
