Job Description:

As a Territory Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing a designated territory to achieve sustainable sales growth.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the agricultural and horticultural sectors.
• Providing exceptional service and technical information to customers, offering training and support to maximize their business outcomes.
• Promoting and demonstrating the benefits of our innovative solutions to customers.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective coordination and delivery of products and services.
• Continuously staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.

Skills and Experience:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

• Proven experience as a Territory Manager or similar role in the agricultural sector.
• Strong network and knowledge of the agricultural and horticultural sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to provide technical information and training to customers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
• Valid right to work in New Zealand.
