Job Description:

As a Farm Building Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on our kitset farm building range. Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers in person and over the phone to understand their project needs and recommend suitable products.
• Building strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Specializing in our farm building range, including kitset farm buildings.
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment, following proper work practices.

Requirements:

• Self-motivation, reliability, and a commitment to delivering on promises.
• Friendly, energetic, and positive personality with excellent communication skills.
• Physical fitness to handle timber and a commitment to safe work practices.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on new skills.
• Full driver's license or the ability to obtain one.
• Sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
